  • Onsite reviews of systems and processes (technical, paper and people) including brief, non-adversarial interviews with selected staff.
  • Research on discovered challenges, options and solutions.
  • A readable assessment report that includes findings, concerns, and suggested corrective actions.
  • An interactive review of the assessment report with management.

Optional Services

  • Process development and documentation
  • Confirmation Testing: Independent verification of in-house processes using existing (or new) documentation. This might include tasks such as:
    1. Local Data Backup Restoration
    2. Offsite Data Backup Restoration
    3. Shutdown and Full System Restart from Full System Loss of Power
    4. Disaster Plan Execution
    5. Add and Remove Authorized Users for the Network and all Major Programs.
